Hamilton Alterations & Addition

The clients approached me to renovate and enhance an existing architect-designed home in Hamilton while adding a new wing to house all the bedrooms around a central sheltered courtyard. The project required a design that would harmonize with the existing crafted architecture while elevating it with a Japandi organic style. The client, an artist, had a clear vision and a detailed brief for the spatial layout and the soft aesthetics she wanted to achieve. The project is currently being documented for Building Consent.
